Fast transparency through reviews – Development of a roadmap and prioritization with the Rapid Product Cost Assessment

The Rapid Product Cost Assessment is used to perform an initial evaluation of product-related areas, such as procurement, R&D, and product management. A proven questionnaire is used, on the basis of which the maturity level of the areas is determined from different perspectives (self-image, TARGUS view).
Strengths and weaknesses are made transparent and evaluated objectively in a very short time.
