Transparency and early identification of risks
Especially in large-scale projects, reviews are an effective tool for identifying risks at an early stage and avoiding cost and schedule deviations.
Tailored to specific framework conditions and questions, both entire projects and specific sub-aspects (e.g. planning, procurement, construction, risk management) can be considered.
Independent view, structured approach and concrete recommendations
The procedure is based on closely timed interviews with selected project members and the examination of relevant documents and statuses (“Deep Dive”). In this way, an independent picture of the current status and project set-up is achieved in a short time and measured against best practices.

Experts from the TARGUS network
Experienced project managers and technical experts can be involved if required. These experts have in-depth knowledge in their area of expertise and can therefore quickly assess risks, weaknesses or potential for improvement.
