Our success has been achieved by consistently increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations of some of the world’s leading manufacturing companies.
Due to our growth, TNA is recruiting Manufacturing and Supply Chain Consultants for our North American based operations.
TARGUS AG, headquartered near Duesseldorf, Germany, competes against the very best and biggest consulting firms. Founded in 2001, we have 50+ professionals and a +20% growth rate. 14 of these management consultants are staffed in the USA, 5 of whom commute from Germany on a 14 day rotation. This success has been achieved by consistently increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations of some of the world’s leading manufacturing companies. Until now, TARGUS’ business has been primarily concentrated in Europe, with a smaller but very successful practice in the USA. Our US practice has been largely in support of the US subsidiaries of our European clients. We have also been successful in landing new North American clients which will further drive our growth.
TARGUS’ success emanates from its disciplined approach to problem solving that combines detailed analytics and sophisticated tools, applied in a common sense decision making process. Results are precisely measured, achieved and sustained for the long term. The payback period of a TARGUS project is usually between 8-12 months. Or, as a client stated, “TARGUS pays for itself!”
Our management consultants are usually on the client site 5 days / week. They arrive every morning with a zeal that energizes the team and allows him/her to lead the process in an impactful, minimally intrusive manner.
At TARGUS, you will be exposed to some of the world’s leading manufacturing companies, be involved in solving complex operational issues that are usually overseen by the CEO of the company or president of the division. You will learn a tremendous amount extremely quickly and benefit from working in a team of committed, client first, individuals, who are always available to help and support your growth. There is also potential opportunity to be a member of teams working on projects outside of North America.
In short, “TARGUS works.” It works for its clients. It works for the team members who work at TARGUS. We work hard. We achieve results. And we have fun doing so. TARGUS is not for everyone but we invite you to learn more about us to determine where your profile fits in the exciting journey of building our worldwide footprint.
